This is going off of my memory. Definitely an incomplete list. It's also been a long time since I watched some of these anime, and it's possible that I wouldn't consider all of these characters as autistic on a re-watch. I don't consider Bocchi from Bocchi The Rock to be autistic, just socially anxious.

I think maybe Huey Freeman from the Boondocks because of his affixation with justice and lack of social skills. I relate, since he tends to not have a lot of friends because of being "too politically involved," like someone too into their special interest to care about anything else.
He also seems mature for his age, something that's been said about me, on account of being "gifted" and well-read. Same vibes as the autistic savant, but less offensive and more accurate.

quite obscure, but d'nerd from bots master gives off HEAVY neurodivergent vibes. basically he's this little robot with a screen for a face that has a tendency to define words at inappropriate times. This makes him the comic relief of the show and it's rarely funny with how often the other characters are bothered by his behavior or how his cohorts make fun of him. i just feel really bad for d'nerd because of how mistreated he is in the entire show! like i relate to how the people disregard him due to the way he behaves, i went through similar experiences. d'nerd can also be quite intelligent too, but the show wouldn't really reveal that about him. he's the punching bag. he literally gets an entire episode where most of his screentime involves him getting tortured.

I believe the character named Isaac Newton who Rose dated in an episode of The Golden Girls was designed with autism in mind, though this was never specifically explained in the episode but I've dealt with my own autism my whole life and could see it in his character.

The awkwardness, having a mother "give him permission" to go out on a date, lacking a sense of humor, finding delight in small things like l being vice principle and getting to store extra candy bars from fundraiser sales at his home, and "not getting things" like the irony that his name was Isaac Newton or why he wasn't supposed to follow the Rose and her friends into the women's restroom. That kind of stuff made me think the writers of the show must have known someone who was autistic.

I have a mild theory that gene belcher from Bob's burgers is Autistic. It seems music is a special interest of his and he uses it even in inappropriate places.
From a brief research on the matter it has been suggested that it is a form of echochella for him.
