Everybody loves a good villain. We applaud them for their audacity, their charm, and, well, their delicious evilness. But this thread isn't about the cool ones. This a thread where the scum of fiction are put on display; villains utterly lacking in redeemable characteristics that they deserve a special place in Hell. Trying to find an ounce of decency in these guys is like trying to find Jimmy Hoffa. It's a moot point. Likewise, trying to calculate how evil they are won't get you anywhere. These characters are the children of Cain personified.
Despicable.
Vile.
Remorseless.
These are the rejects of
Giftorcurse's Sinister Sideshow

Brandon Shaw from Alfred Hitchcock's Rope
Image
Ohoho, boy. Where to start? Brandon Shaw, in my opinion, is one of the worst Hitchcock villains in terms of sheer nastiness. The guy is quite possibly the definition of a "high" lowlife. He starts off the movie strangling one of his classmates with the titular rope with the help of the guilt-ridden Philip. For what reason? Because he could. To further s**t in my cornflakes, he has the balls to fashion the trunk where he hid the guy's body as a dinner table, inviting the deceased's family, favorite teacher and ex-girlfriend to a party. All as part of a sick game to gain the appreciation of Jimmy Stewart.
Waingro from Heat
Image
Already, you can tell Waingro isn't a pleasant fellow. With his freakish hairdo, unpresentable appearance, and uncouth manners, you can tell he's bad news the moment he joins Neil's team of robbers. Say what you will about Neil and Co. being thieves, at least they have class and codes of decency. And they didn't go around raping and murdering teenage prostitutes.
Practically all the parents from The Breakfast Club
Image
You're all wondering why I put these people on the list. It's really a matter of personal opinion, given that The Breakfast Club is probably the most complex of all teen films. There's enough alternative character interpretations among the fandom that will cause your head to explode. One thing is for certain: the parents seen on film are in need of some lessons. What's interesting is that they don't go around killing, raping, or torturing in broad daylight. Rather, they push the kids to the edge for reasons that escape me other than their own selfishness. Parents of high school students can be twisted, kids. These people are proof.
Clarence Boddicker from RoboCop
Image
What can I say? This guy is a rare breed of scumbag. His bloodsoaked career as the most dangerous criminal in Old Detroit is more fun than business for him. Let's not forget what he did to Murphy. I, for one, cheered when this bastard got an interface spike to the neck.

Gah, Rope. Good flick. Too under-appreciated.

The Gruber brothers from Die Hard 1 and 3 are right f*****g bastards, but so much fun to watch.

Alonzo Harris. Some people are "bad," but that guy is evil.

*Kills someone who considers him a friend, because he needs his money.
*Tricks a newbie cop into doing his bidding while arranging to have him murdered when he's done with him.
*Portrays himself as a tough-but-fair, but he doesn't really believe in "fair" at all. He has no honor. You can never trust him, all you can do is be tricked into trusting him (and it will always be a mistake). He's a "snake" (no insult to snakes intended).

Captain Richard Ryan (Liam Cunningham) from Dog Soldiers - An utter scumbag, he forced Private Cooper (Kevin McKidd) to evade capture for 24 hours, shot a dog when Cooper refused to do so and he seems to thrive on throwing snide insults when things go from bad to worse. I cheered when he had his werewolf-esque brains blown out by Cooper at the climax.

Noel Winters (Ben Drew) from Harry Brown - A local lowlife with a soul so incredibly evil that it could of drifted off a Bosch painting. During his interrogation by two detectives, he throws vulgar and sexual insults towards the female of the two. He gets his karma when Michael Caine's titular pensioner shoots him in the neck.

Jim from Edward Scissorhands - He was pointlessly cruel to Edward, so he got what was coming to him in the end.

Tom Felton's character from Rise of the Planet of the Apes - Replace "Edward" with "Cesar" and it's the same thing as above.

Boss Tanaka from Kill Bill. There's really nothing at all to like about him, he's a Yakuza boss who murdered O-ren's parents in cold blood and left her an oprhan, and he's a disgusting pedophile. I was glad when O-ren got her bloody revenge on him as an 11 year old girl by..

George Williams from Desperate Housewives: I know it's a TV show and not a movie, but I really hate George, but I also hate Bree for being stupid enough to allow that psychopath into her life to murder her husband and ruin her family. Every time I saw Bree with him after her husband's death i wanted to gag, but at least he got what he deserved in the end.

Those are two off the top of my head that I can think of who I really despise.

Winn Adami from Deep Space Nine.

Generally, I like to like my villains. I tend to forget the ones I hate.

^ I agree with Kyle about Judge Turpin from Sweeney Todd. If it weren't for Turpin, none of that whole mess would have even started.
