Good episode, though Spitfire could have been better with both her voice and character. The Pinkie parts were also bad. Lightning Dust seems to be a testbook case psychopath.

I disliked Spitfire as well. She seemed overly bitchy, and blind to Lightning's obvious flaws until they get thrown in her face.

I'm also slightly worried about how the show will handle Rainbow Dash as a Wonderbolt Cadet. This show thrives on stupid amounts of continuity porn, are we going to be one pony short for a chunk of the season? Then again, as far as I know the next episode hasn't been announced yet, so we could still see a reset... if they go that way, I hope they give a reason and not some BS handwave.

Early Merry Christmas everyone! Got my friend a Twilight plushie.

He told me he loved it so much he cried. That made my day. :3

My sources. These are legit, even though they come from China, but they do ship from America. Hasbro gets their merch from China too so whatevs.

Indeed, and I thought the episode was hilarious. Applebloom giving a Wilheim Scream made me lose it.

The song was awesomely catchy, something rare for country music IMO.

And, of course, Babs came back! That was a heartwarming moment, especially when she mentioned that she's in a new school.

Country music is fine when it's off the Bluegrass variety, it's the Taylor Swift and Johnny Cash style stuff I can't stand.
