In the last ten days:

- Finally watched to "Dirty Harry" all through. The movie itself, don't like it... the story is blimey weak. The main character though is absolute fun, there were many moments I found myself laughing to bits.

- "Swingers". An average comedy. I find the whole "I 'm money", "you're so money" very moronic.

- "West World", the 1973 flick. The series blew my mind really and I thought I should gis a keek at the old film which started the franchise... and the movie sucks to no end.

- "This is the End", with Seth Rogen. One or two good scenes, the most of it is utter crap.

- "This is Spinal Tap". Fourth re-watch. Absolutely love it.

- "The Law of Desire". Second re-watch. I like this one very much. What drives many people away from it is the gay theme throughout, be advised.

- "Tokyo in Decadence". Third re-watch. I have mixed feelings towards this.

- "Regular Show: the movie". The movie wasn't that great, no.

- "The Crime of Father Amaro": Not mind-blowing but nice.

- "A Chinese Tale": Very interesting one.

- "Micro men": fifth re-watch. Love it to bits! I'm chuffed there are people in the media industry who still care about the classic home computers to the point of making an ultra-nice film from it.

If I ever remember of anything else I'll come to edit this post and add to it.

Solid but forgettable. Feels like a cheap TV movie and it's over far too quickly. Great cast though.

I remember being very disappointed by it too. I had high expectation because of the cast.

What did you think of it?
While Lovecraft had written a very short story called Dagon, this movie had more to do with The Shadow Over Innsmouth.

In many ways the director tried to incorporate ideas of both stories but, it wound up being convoluted in a manner of speaking. Though the movie was not too bad.

Yes a campy, low budget film but still a fun film as it does make you wonder in fictional way if ever nature were to get back at humanity for poisoning the environment

Not a bad film, but not the greatest in terms of cast or story pacing.
