I saw that when it first played in theaters. Did you like it?

Drop Dead Fred

Perhaps it's an indication of my immaturity that I still love this film. Rik Mayall has always made me laugh.

Incarnate.

Dr. Amber, a parapsychologist, uses a scientific method along with a supernatural talent to enter into the minds of the possessed to "evict" the parasitic demon, all in a search to find and destroy the entity that had killed his family. Then, when asked to help a young boy who is possessed, he finally meets his otherworldly nemesis, again. Not a terrible movie, but not a great one, either.

the turin horse - difficult to watch, but worth it. very slow. grinding. but of course, it has to be to get its point across.

the piano teacher - same: difficult, but worth it. actually, no, it wasn't difficult at all, I mean. It's a really good film.

world on a wire - the matrix without the action, a german 70ies sci fi made for tv about a computer scientist who's running a simulation of the world only to learn he himself is a unit inside a simulation. Attimes fun, but slow and very, very alienating. good, but not highly recommended
