I'll agree with you ScientistOfSound in that cartoons help me deal with things. Besides nature shows, they are pretty much the only programs I watch. I do watch some "adult" things but I much prefer fantastic and simpler things rather than know how supposedly "mature" people use each other. I recently put some of my favorite MLP:FiM episodes on my iTouch to watch at work in my car on break. Customers and some co-wokers suck big time so it is the perfect escape. No matter how bad things get, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy always make me smile!

Ooh I need to make a pony now! Now this may seem a bit off topic but has anyone here watched the original Rainbow Brite? I used to watch it all the time back in the 80s and I still watch some of it on YouTube. Back then it seemed to have a similar male cult following like MLP: FiM ( I like to think it is the new Rainbow Brite) but without Internet it didn't catch on as quickly. Plus it was anime which made it even more awesome. My cousin had the Rainbow Brite doll back when I was five or so and I remember begging her to hold it. And while we're on the topic of personality disorders, her trusty steed Starlight seemed like such a narcissist now that I go back and watch it.

Now back to MLP: FiM, does anyone have any of the toys or anything like that? I'd love to get at least a Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy or at least some stickers. I saw a few vids saying that for some reason or another, the Applejack toy lacks a hat and Celestia is always pink.

I don't have the toys atm. I believe they were probably made pretty early in development and didn't follow the show quite well. My wishlist consists mainly of an awesome Luna model.
