I did like this film though, I've not really kept up with the series as whole...

I recently saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and I thought it was good. It was also just a tiny bit confusing such as at the beginning with those 2 who got married. I knew the girl from Goblet of Fire but the bloke she married, never seen him before but Harry and the others seem to have known him for a while due to their "first meeting". I learned that he is Ron's oldest brother. As you can tell from what I've just said I'm not a reader of the books but I like the movies.

The last movie I saw was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.

Not bad. The scene with multiple Daniel Radcliffes was hilarious!

Tommorow, I will see one of the following, depending on how long
this trip takes to buy books for Winter Term:

The Next Three Days*
RED*
127 Hours
Waiting for Superman*
Fair Game
Love & Other Drugs*
Due Date
Megamind 3D*
The Town*
Faster
Unstoppable
Morning Glory
Tangled 3D

*= really want to see

I recently saw Seamless (YAWN) and In the Mood For Love, the latter I loved. I look for interesting visually stimulating stuff that will keep me literally running for an hour and a half.

I saw the new Harry Potter a few days after its release. Do I even need to tell you how awesome it is?

Most recent ones are Ben X, The Others. And also around the holidays I always watch my collection of Christmas movies and most recent I watched are Scrooged, Fred Claus, Christmas vacation.

I've been working my way through Criterion's just released BBS collection. Thus far I've watched:

Easy Rider - I like it better now than I did when I first saw it.
Head - I don't think I paid enough attention. Didn't do much for me.
A Safe Place - Odd. Has some interesting bits. A lot of uninteresting bits. Typical Jaglom but with a bit more of a story.
Drive, He Said - Great cinematography of basketball games. Otherwise, I didn't like it much. I can see why Jack Nicholson doesn't direct much.

And I agree, Wong Kar Wai's "In the Mood For Love" is one of the most beautifully art directed and shot films. Criterion really needs to release this on Blu Ray.

Just today saw Megamind. It was good but not great. I liked the climax of the film and some of the serious stuff, but the humour which was funny was a little silly.

Yesterday, I saw Ridley Scott's Robin Hood. Very good, funny really considering its an "English" movie and the two leads were both Australian - Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett. 8O

I saw Red 2 weeks ago. I didn't like it, but other people found it hilarious. I just thought it was very generic action type movie with occasional attempts at humor.

I saw Harry Potter twice so far. I love it, possibly my favorite out of all the HP movies so far. I actually agree with most of the stuff they changed from the book this time.

the recent movies that have been out:
Harry potter part 1: Meh it was ok...I saw they changed parts of the movie from the book (pet peeve of mine) but overall, it was a good movie that stayed true to the feeling of the book.
Tangled: great movie imo sense I always love a good romance Comady

not so recent movies that I have seen lately:

V for vanddata: love it, fan of the whole "fight for freedom" thing
Watchmen: dramadic movie that I think would play true to how masked heroes would be in our world
Digimon runaway locomon: great movie for me sense I'm a huge Digimon fan and surved true to the story of the Digimon tamers (the 3rd season).
