Never gets old. :skull:

I was just talking with a coworker about this movie yesterday. It is a good one.

I concur.

I haven't read the book yet, but I'm willing to bet the movie is every bit as good as.

It sure is and IMO, one of the best Stephen King adaptations.

It's messed up.
:D

The leg-breaking scene (where Annie breaks Paul Sheldon's legs) always freaks me out!

The live action remake of Dumbo. Not a great movie by any means, but I was still glad that I saw it.

Alpha Dog, it was actually a pretty good movie. Justin Timberlake is actually a pretty good actor, this was back in 2006 before he fell off the face of the Earth.

Same here. Many believed this would be Tim Burton's "comeback film", but IMO, it was entertaining enough.

Alfred Hitchcock's Rope

Last summer, (this was in mid-July to be exact) I came across a rummage sale that was being in held at a church near a park where I had just left a free music festival.

I entered the rummage sale not expecting not to find much, but I came across a table of old VHS tapes, DVDs, and some Blu-Ray discs. After looking around some more at the rummage sale, I noticed an old VHS copy of Rope and bought it for only 25 cents.

Because our mom is not a Hitchcock fan, my sister and I took the opportunity last night to watch Rope for the first time ever when she was at church. As we were watching it, we agreed that the two killers were absolute idiots and that their guests (including their professor played by Jimmy Stewart) should have caught on the antics of the two guys earlier, particularly the antics of the sidekick who appeared as if he was going to crack when guests began arriving.

Mortal Engines.

Great soundtrack, great CGI. I liked the storyline too.

I wish more people were interested in steampunk. Historically, steam based movies are box office flops.

I'm not a huge fan of steampunk, but from what you described about it, it seems like a cool movie worth a watch.

Escape Room.

Five people are invited to play an escape room game, where the winner is given ten thousand dollars. What they don't know is that the menaces in the rooms are real, and the reason why they had been chosen.
Surprisingly very good horror movie!
