Big River Man

It's a documentary movie about a guy who swims down the Amazon and goes loopy, so do some of the crew.

Honey I blew up the kid
Honey we shrunk ourselves

entertaining and fun. Watched the first two some decades ago, had forgotten the ant


Dog Days
my main expectation was cute dogs, but the movie was surprisingly good.


Murder mysteries
meh
Too much drama snooze, the parts that were supposed to be funny weren't, and there were no thrills.

Factotum.

Based on the fictionalized autobiographical book of the same name by Charles Bukowski, his literary alter ego, Henry Chinaski, goes from one dead end job to another, and suffering through unemployment, rage, and despondency while trying to cope with too much alcohol and loose women. Very sad, but also strangely funny. Great movie.

I never liked it.

Just like I never liked High Plains Drifter because of the scene where Clint Eastwood rapes a woman.

Yeah, I was bothered by that too. This was only the second time I saw the movie, and I really didn't remember the first time much at all.
