Pff, very long list. Just a few I remember right now:
Ujio in Last samurai
Maximus in Gladiator
Phantom in The phantom of the opera (2004, Gerard Butler)
Aragorn in LOTR
A Japanese actor in a theatre play... who turned out to be a woman dressed as man, when she started talking :D My only female crush

Animation:
Hijikata in Hakuouki
Sesshomaru in Inuyasha
The devil king, "Crimson Rain Sought Flower" in Heaven Offical's Blessing turned out to be the closest to my ideal ever (which means it's totally unrealistic goal, so I have to rewrite it)

Luthien from "The Silmarillion." Less for the coy woodland dancing and more for... well, I can't help but admire a girl who rides off to rescue her boyfriend on the back of a giant wolfhound, wearing an invisibility cloak she made from her own hair. Beautiful AND awesome.

Kaylee on Firefly
Lyta, Elisabeth Lockley, and Delenn on B5.
Dan Scully X files.
I've found it disapointing to look up the actresses. They are always married with children.

Wouldn't hurt to admit I like the human version of Twilight Sparkle, dubbed Sci-Twi, from Equestria Girls.

Hannibal Lecter: Eww! Although the actor is hot, Anthony Hopkins, and supposed to be as Aspy! Unless someone else plays him in the series.

I did not know who Astroboy was and had to look that up on Wikipedia.

We share this one  and don't be embarrassed, regarding your last one! I think people are so often afraid of admitting things because they think no one else would ever be the same way, but as you learn from threads like this, it's more common than you think to have 'odd' (again, not necessarily!) crushes. One of my earliest crushes was on the villain from the Scooby-Doo: Cyber Chase film (don't ask me to explain that one, I have a thing for cartoon villains to this day  )
Most of my crushes have been fictional characters haha (the only exception to this rule is David Tennant, my only true celebrity crush, and I think he's super attractive but I rarely find the characters he plays attractive in terms of personality lol)
My longest lasting crush is a fictional character, to this day, but I shall keep that secret since it's weirdly personal haha ~
