I cant stand the current trend for reality programmes especially when its about swap;ping partners etc

There is plenty I hate on tv- soaps, reality TV, celebrity stuff are among the worst. And having kids I have to say most kids tv is just patronising- why do they always assume kids are stupid??

the worst programme EVER on telly is the one which comes on any time you press the "ON" button...

The worst TV show I can remember was a 70s UK (I think) Sci-Fi show called "Star Maidens" or something...... I was a 10 year old Sci-Fi obsessive at the time and I still hated it, so it must have been bad.....

I think the Simpsons is inappropriate for children of my age. Why not have a show about butterflies?(on broadcast because I don't have satellite.)

Exactly. I hated being condescended to when I was a kid and still do! As jumptheshark.com puts it, why did I like 'Little House on the Prairie' when I was a kid? Because kids LIKE drama and scary grown-up things they don't quite understand.

...where should i begin..i've seen a bunch of shows that should've never seen airtime on network tv, so i'll just give you the bunch that i can remember..

(not in order of suckiness, btw..)
1. The Ropers (3's Company spinoff) 2. The Anna Nichole show 3. The Ashlee Simpson show (they'll give ANYONE a show nowadays!) 4. Small Wonder 5. Jerry Springer 6. The Jim J. & Tammy Faye show (Regis & Kelly type show that aired in the early 90's) 7. The Magic Hour (Magic Johnson's own late night talk show..he was obviously inexperienced!) 8. Full House 9. She's The Sheriff...and last but not least....10. Hell Town (with Robert Blake)
