Those shows were awesome! My favorite old school TV shows are: Rocko's Modern Life, Kablam, and Figure It Out. Rocko's Modern Life was kinda weird, but it was a great show at the same time. My favorite skits from Kablam were: Prometheus and Bob, Life with Loopy, Sniz & Fondue, Action Action League Now, which still is shown on Nicktoons Network, but it is usually shown late at night on certain days from where I live. Figure it out was very interesting with all the different talents that these people could do. One of the best parts of the show is when a secret slime action was being used!

Heh, I did watch You Can't Do That on Television. I got in trouble once for watching an episode where they were swearing a lot.

Can't remember the character's name but I think it was the Chef. He'd emerge from the counter going "D'IIII heard that"
