Brace yourself... this is just a sample of the terrible good movies I've seen over the years:
"Rana, the Legend of Shadow Lake" - death by smushy face against a tree... sound effects are kind crunchy but my husband laughed his heinie off.
"Deadly Friend" - Death by basketball and homicidal robot pretty girl
"Night of the Creeps" - college zombies, what more can I say? Played for comedy, fairly successfully.
"Lifeforce" - Patrick Stewart's first screen kiss... if you ask why this is hilarious I'll tell you, if you don't want me to spoil the surprise, okay. Not to mention the ending... Really, not to mention it. But hilarious.
Beastmaster - well, mostly bad. But the costumes had a courage comparable to Princess Leia as Jabba's pet... And it's funny. Sometimes even on purpose... but not often.
Night of the Comet - I barely remember it, I confess, but it's one of these.
Vamp - "Formica. Go figure."
Silver Bullet - one of the few times either Corey pulled off an enjoyable performance.
I hesitate to mention "The Abominable Dr Phibes", because I think that was all done as intended, and was more of a surprisingly good than a so bad it's good movie. But yeah, it's... interesting. I like it, anyway. It was more scary for the cool, creepy feel that was often part of movies of its era than it was for the "savage killings" performed in it. Yeah, that needed quotes. But this is a movie I'd recommend 100% to anyone but the most easily freaked out who likes cheesy sci fi or horror. The reservation comes from the fact that my kids would be bothered by it, there is enough of a disturbing element.
Really, almost any Vincent Price movie, especially of the low-budget Poe series, and that one, oh, what was it...
"Theater of Blood!" Oh, that is a special movie! Similar plot course to Dr Phibes, sillier motive. Vincent Price's character at one point disguised himself a queer hairdresser in a pale afro. Good times. I just have to find the clip... the good bit starts about one minute in. Look closely... "Bruce's" mincing assistant is Diana Rigg.

And "The Last Man on Earth" also... This is the original "I am Legend." It was also remade, probably before Will Smith was born, with Charleton Heston as "The Omega Man" which was the version I saw in the cold hours of the dark night all alone as a tween... I was never "normal"... Anyway, he made such movies when the creepy quality I mention with Phibes was in every movie, especially horror. Nothing weirds me out like late 60s to 70s horror... but it is all oh so silly!
Speaking of Chuck, he has a few... "Soylent Green" must not be forgotten. And the entire series of "The Planet of the Apes" movies, which my dad never missed when they came on tv.
Speaking of Dad, were he alive now, he could make you such a list. He loved these kinds of movies. I first saw Phibes when he was watching it. He also couldn't pass up a Conan the Barbarian movie, or "Red Sonya". One of his most famous statements was, "These special effects were very good for the time..."
Oh, and anything by Ed Wood.
Another sample before I go... I couldn't quite put across the dry eeriness of the 70s scary movies, coupled with the overwhelming silliness. This clip from the Omega Man captures a lot of it... incredibly corny, and may just give me nightmares, though this is likely because I grew up in the 70s.

And Dr Phibes... A man is abraded to death by bats. These cops are hilarious:
