Because heterosexuality is never fatal? There are more straight people in the world with HIV who got it through straight sex. And besides that it's also possible in a number ways to die from childbirth, so maybe that should be discouraged due to the risks, also.

It is not as gay, not as fun, and under no circumstances nearly as good as Prisilla QoD
