The 2 part pilot episode! that's how i was converted way back in 2010 
that's also how a friend of mine was converted. sure it's not the best episode but it has that cliffhanger ending.

Back to the original question: "The Return of Harmony." John de Lancie alone is enough of a draw to get people interested to begin with, and the story...wow. 
As dark as it is, that is still one of my favorite episodes.
