Try the black exploitation films of the 70's -- Dolomite and Petey Wheatstraw. They do have a cult following.

The Box.
Despite being based on a Richard Matheson short story, this movie stinks to the high heavens.

The other day, I watched Battlefield Earth for the first time. And yes, it's just as bad as everyone says it is.

I don't agree with the two picks that I didn't remove. Those two weren't good movies by any means but they weren't terrible. They were just mediocre yet perfectly watchable films.

I like to think that the new Prometheus movie will prove the Alien Vs. Predator movies to be apocryphal.

Wow! More Great Suggestions! I'll try to check them all, but Attack of The Killer Tomatoes was my favorite movie as a 6 year old, and I shudder to think what my adult eyes will make of it.
A Little OT, but has anyone seen the documentary Best Worst Movie? It's about the making of Troll 2 and interviews the cast and crew 20 years after it's filming. It's gotten raves on Amazon.
I don't want to see it until I've actually seen Troll 2. Is the Troll 2 experience better in it's pure form or Rifftracked?

This is more "weird" than "bad," IMO, but I nominate Ken Russell's Lisztomania. Supposedly a biopic of Franz Liszt, but what other movie can you think of that has giant penises, giant panty-clad vaginas, Richard Wagner portrayed as a Frankenhitler who mows down rabbis with a machine-gun guitar, and Ringo Starr as the Pope?

Idiocracy - it's one of those films that's so bad it's good.

My husband used to watch Ice Pirates a lot, when he was a teenager. I've just looked it up on IMDB. It gets 5.2/10.
