I haven't seen it, but

It's so disturbing I wouldn't want to watch it

My housemate was watching it the other day.

I only saw glimpses, but whatever you do, *do not watch it*.

The parts I saw were so disgusting I had trouble sleeping.

My brother and I have a mutual friend who got nauseous just from watching the trailer for that movie. My brother says the sequel is even worse. I myself have only seen the 1st Human Centipede movie, but I wasn't too bothered by it. I'm pretty desensitized towards violence and perversion.

The kinds of movies that disturb me the most are movies that mess with you psychologically, which is why I named End of Evangelion as my most disturbing movie. Donnie Darko freaked me out pretty badly too; worse than any traditional horror movie - but I rarely ever mention it as something that disturbed me for fear of sounding like a pansy.

Would you believe it? There is only one movie I've tried to see but failed because it was too disturbing. It's called Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. I'm warning people about this film. There's depraved and there's ridiculous.

Oh, yeah. Takashi Miike's films gives me nightmares, too. Very very disturbing.

The first ones funny it's just a stupid and sick idea for some reason it reminded me of facebook i think it's the regurgitation other people sh!t is why.

The sequel was more sadastic and crazier it's like some one in real life had obsessive compulsive disorder and went though with his fantasy but realised after he had done it that he was delusional and it did'nt work out the way he planned making it seem more realistic.

I've never seen The Human Centipede but I've heard it's pretty bad.

anyway I'll say
Hostel: Part II
I had never seen the first one so I had no clue that it was so disgusting. I wasn't too disturbed until a certain part involving dogs, a pliers and a particular part of the male anatomy, I turned the movie off then, couldn't watch any-more.

also the most disturbing one I've ever heard of is "A Serbian Film" the wikipedia description of that film alone would make you nauseous.
