Dr. Flax(sp?) from Enterprise was ocasionally funny: especially when his pet bat was lose in sickbay & him & Archer were trying to catch it. Remember Optimism :lol:

This probably doesn't count but in an ep of TNG Data was trying to understand humor & be funny & he created a old time standup comic in the holodeck to help. He was the funniest chracter in Star Trek but I said he probably doesn't count because he was a comic recreated in the holodeck for only one episode. Various other chracters have had funny moments thou

That was Joe Piscopo, right ("The Outrageous Okona")? Actually, Okona himself had some funny moments too.
