I'm begining to think there is some government conspiracy that reqires these shows to trick the public into thinking certain things. (like you can zoom in on four pixels and get a crystal clear high resolution image, or that it takes time for police to trace calls)
Of COURSE it is fake! It is a television show! 24 exists in its own universe, where Whatever Technology always works, traffic is nonexistent, and Jack Bauer is always right. Always.
There's fake and then there's HOLY s**t THAT IS FAKE. 24 is in the realm of the latter.
