Adrian Monk of 'Monk' (except that he has good eye contact)
Sherlock Holmes, perhaps, of 'Elementary' (ditto)
Will Graham of 'Hannibal' (but he is identified as being on the spectrum in the first episode)

Can't decide which Simpsons character might qualify - Lisa? Millhouse? Martin? Skinner? Professor Frink?
