Same with 'Clean and Sober' in 1988. While I don't feel that was a necessarily great film overall, Keaton's performance in it should have at least been worth a nomination. He's just one of those underrated actors who's yet to get his proper due.

Yeah, I haven't seen "Whiplash", either----but, I definitely think J.K's due for an Oscar. He's put in a TON of good roles, and deserves it!

Michael Keaton did not win. But I am glad The Director for Birdman won. It was a really good movie. I wanted Keira Knightley to win because I have a crush on her and I truly love her acting. I think she will win an Oscar at some point.

American Sniper should have got everything. This is rubbish!
