Same with 'Clean and Sober' in 1988. While I don't feel that was a necessarily great film overall, Keaton's performance in it should have at least been worth a nomination. He's just one of those underrated actors who's yet to get his proper due.

I agree. He is underrated for sure.

I hope American Sniper snatches them all.

Yeah, I haven't seen "Whiplash", either----but, I definitely think J.K's due for an Oscar. He's put in a TON of good roles, and deserves it!

Michael Keaton did not win. But I am glad The Director for Birdman won. It was a really good movie. I wanted Keira Knightley to win because I have a crush on her and I truly love her acting. I think she will win an Oscar at some point.

Oh, DEFINITELY, Keira should win SOON!! She shoulda won for "Pride and Prejudice", IMO.

How could Imitation Game win best best adapted screenplay, when Theory of Everything and American Sniper were so much better?

American Sniper should have got everything. This is rubbish!
