[quote="poopylungstuffing"]my heart was heavy with the badness of "Night at the Museum"....yeah the computer animation was great...but gads...one should only expect to have to suspend one's disbelief for so long...I just finished watching it a few minutes ago......
How does the mess magicly get cleaned up evey morning?
How can it be that this has been going on for 50 years and only the night guards know?
It's a MUSEUM for crying out loud!! !
No Alarm systems? No cameras? These windows that are so easy to open a monkey can do it..with no bars...

Well the museum was loosing funding. Maybe they had some in the past when the museum was popular but with all those animals running around maybe they were broken but with a lack of funds they couldn't afford new ones. Maybe they just kept it a good secret.

For the longest time I thought I was taking crazy pills because everyone around me loves the movie and I could barely get through it in the theater. I don't really like slapstick humor, just not funny to me. And so many people I work with are like "Have you seen Night at the Museum? Its sooo funny!" and all I can say is a bland "Yeah, it was crazy." Bleh. I can't tell my real opinion about anything outloud anymore.

It was an okay movie. I mean, considering the fact that D.V.D was a villain was sad to me, but it was an okay movie. very slow moving though

I only saw a small part of it but it was enough to let me know how horrible of a movie it is. One thing that I couldn't get over was how they made the tyrannosaurus skeleton act like a dog. Those animals have nothing in common, that was just beyond ridiculous.

You can't prove that a tyrannosaurus rex's skeleton wouldn't act like a dog, could you? Besides it wasn't a real dinosaur, just an animation, even if it was a real dinosaur it would only be the skeleton, so it wouldn't act the same as a live tyrannosurus rex, it would just sort of sit there.

Night at the Museum was okay, I don't expect it to be talked about forever, but I do expect a totally awsome remake in twenty to thirty years.
