I've been spoiled by the books  I can't watch that movie anymore, unless it's synched up with Dark Side of the Moon. That was pretty mind-blowing.

The Shining! I was a bit obsessed with it and watched it over and over. I could say all of the lines along with the film and memorised all of the names in the credits.

"I feel like I have to leave a trail of bread crumbs every time I come in."

My second favourite is The Haunting which I have a quote from in my sig.

Actually I’d have to put The Shining on my list too. That movie was a classic. So was The Exorcist.

For a while, I was obsessed with Mulholland Drive.

Great screenplay, fantastic cast and acting, and excellent cinematography. Of all the Kaufman screenplays, I know film buffs/critics and Hollywood likes to circlejerk over Adaptation. But I much prefer the simple yet affecting writing of this film and the more charismatic characters that inhabit it.

I really enjoyed Gattaca

For someone who was never meant for this world, I must confess I'm suddenly having a hard time leaving it. Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home.

And Ex-Machina

One day the AIs are going to look back on us the same way we look at fossil skeletons on the plains of Africa. An upright ape living in dust with crude language and tools, all set for extinction.

I have many favourite movies, but the one that stands out is one from the Cohen brothers...

My favorite movie of all time... Now that's a tough one.
I always thought my very favorite was David Lynch's Blue Velvet, but that's subject to change.

Y'know, I might just change that to John Carpenter's The Thing.

Mine are Groundhog Day and Elizabethtown.

I’m attracted to being able to try again.
