Yeah it's okey... I feel like he's being a bit of an extreme case of AS. And Paige his girlfriend is annyoing af. I can't stand her.
I think it's ridiculously unrealistic how easily Sam gets attractive women. It's like the writers are trying to live vicariously through him.
Paige definitely has her own issues. I suspect BPD. She is clearly a basket case by the end of S3. Ironically, Sam doesn't really seem to understand her well enough to suspect there's a problem. Maybe that's why she wants to be with him, all the NT guys she was with before (and it seems clear she's been with guys before) probably dumped her or basically just used her. If they have an S4 this may be addressed.
Oh she was with others before? ..Yeah probably that's why she went for a guy she could control more easily.
But I wonder why she even wants to be with him.. An emotional unavailable guy, that doesn't even really care about her. great.

Yeah Paige is all about control. Regarding emotions, I think she simply projects her feelings on him. This way, even if everything else in her life is going to shıt, she can tell herself she has a BF who loves her, and he never does anything to directly challenge that thesis. Plus, of course, he's physically as capable, and willing (under the right circumstances) as anybody else of satisfying her sexual urges. It would seem a lot of women think the actor who plays Sam is hot. Personally, I don't see that, but in terms of physical attractiveness I guess you could argue that the two of them are fairly well matched.
