I think it is one of the best Japanimations in a while. Too bad Rumiko Takahashi ended the show like she did. I wanted to see what happens to the rest of the immortal demons. Do they go to another dimension or something. Like, what happens to Sesshomouru? Naraku, does he finally get destroyed, and by whom? Kikyo, does she find peace? Do Inuyasha and Kagome go back to the present and spend the rest of their lives together? Do Sango and Miroku get married and have kids?

Being that it was a Takahashi Rumiko written story made me quite interested in it. Sense I have a great love for Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2 and Maison Ikkoku. Though Ranma 1/2 IMO is her best work. Though fate was doomed for Inuyasha with me. Was released well over 7 years ago and at the time I was invested in other anime. Then Naruto came out 2 years after and that completely development my attention for that genre and did not want to start watching InuYasha. But when it finally got to the states I got to enjoy some of it. It is a very great anime and was very into the Kagome team that development and the relationships between them. I have all the dvds but to this day its unfinished.

I used to watch Inuyasha in Japan when it was on every Monday.

And also got some little plastic keyrings with some of the characters.

I have my Inuyasha keyring on my wallet.

My favourite character is Shippo. (Japanese for "tail")

i dug Inuyasha when it first came out, but it's gone on so long now i feel no resolution could satisfy me, so i stopped watching it. Inyusaha can only learn so many sword techniques to break so many barriers and Naraku can only have so many incarnations before it just gets old.

i kind of go with VG Cats assessment with it now. "it's DBZ for girls".

I used to like it but there are too many filler episodes and it got boring.

I really liked most of the music in the entire series and the general setting and atmosphere of traveling and searching.

i regret when it first started becoming popular that i didn't follow along with the story i really enjoyed it and now im trying to go back and catch up with the storyline but now adult swim only airs it at 5 in the morning so ill have to see if i can find the movies and everything in stores but i doubt i will :cry:
