Lexx is one of those series where you start watching it and nothing makes sense really.. its almost as if each episode is made independently and not part of a storyline.. but later you realize how it all ties together.

There is a reason why the Lexx is an insect design and why its intellect is that of a child. Kai and Zev and Tweedle's storylines all tie together once the background story of the series is revealed.

...bear in mind also this series is not made to be a true sci-fi series.. it was made to be a sci fi comedy mixed with scifi action...and thats why you see so many laughable scifi props (the tongue toilet for example lol).

I've been watching the whole series from the beginning on Netflix streaming. The second season was my favorite, I was less enthusiastic about the third season but it was interesting in parts, I'm having a little trouble getting through the fourth season, I'm hoping it picks up. My favorite character is Lykka, she doesn't show up a whole lot but every time you think you've seen the last of her...there she is!
