"the Undertaker" is classic. When the guy brings in his dead mother:
"Tell you what--we'll eat her. If you feel a bit guilty about if afterwards, we can dig a grave and you can throw up in it."

Also, woody and tinny words, RAF banter, the murder mystery/train timetable sketch, and crunchy frog! (What sort of frog?
--A DEAD frog. And if he took the bones out, it wouldn't be crunchy!)

I like the first sketch on this video, but the others are funny too.

Parrot Sketch! :D My fave. Except maybe the philosophers song. But that's probably a bit rich for the non-adult section of the forum.

Dude, you want to watch a live version. Palin and Cleese are basically trying to make each other laugh by diverting from the script, or exaggerating lines. Awesome.

i loved Silly Election Results. the ending has an ironic foreshadowing to their future war with Mary Whitehouse over The Life of Brian.

Did you see "Scott of the Antarctic"? The part where he wrestles the lion is one of the funniest. :)

Scott of the Antarctic/Sahara was filmed not far from where I live, they were staying in the Fawlty Towers hotel at the time...

Is that the actual name of the hotel?
