1. ANY ANIMATED SEQUEL MADE BY DISNEY STUDIOS (this doesn't include Pixar-made films, for Disney only owns Pixar - like it owns Touchstone)

Animated sequels by Disney are merely designed as cash cows to squeeze every penny out of Uncle Walt's already tired film classics (how the hell has Disney fallen so low as to now make sequels for Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast and other classics - and decades after they were made?). These barstard films reak havoc on any creative mind - so, so corny!! !

2. ANY ANIMATED FILM BY DISNEY STUDIOS MADE AFTER "THE LION KING" (again, this doesn't include Pixar films)
They all quite sad, really. No wonder Disney is regurgitating sequels from the old classics. There's no sense of imagination at all.

3. ANY ANIMATED TV SERIES BY DISNEY WHICH IS BASED UPON THEIR ANIMATED FILMS

At the other end of the spectrum is American Beauty, which seems to imply that Hollywood's view of middle America is that they're mostly a load of repressed suburbanites living lives of quiet misery. Now Hollywood is full of drug-taking screw-ups, let's face it.
And the contrived plot twists were just ridiculous too.

This is the exact way I feel about it... "the log in your own eye" and what-not. Plus, I hated the way they presented pedophilia as being mostly harmless, it is something that I really cannot have any sympathy or tolerance for.

But I'm pretty flabbergasted by your other three movie choices... how can anyone not like those movies?! 8O :?

TV: Friends - I can't relate to a single character

Film: American Beauty, for the aforementioned reasons

To be honest, though, I hate almost 100% of TV programs and films out there, which is why I didn't own a television for three years. Now I am living in someone else's house and she has a TV, so I do watch it sometimes, but I tend to prefer amusing myself via computers or books. I am a film freak, though. I rent at least three films a week, but I'll only go to the cinema if there's something I really want to see (I've actually only gone maybe three times this year). I'm fortunate that Dublin has a couple of independent film cinemas, and a large video shop with an impressive collection of arthouse and foreign films, so I am never running out of stuff to see.

Freddy got Fingered, I think I actually lost IQ points for every minute I sat through it, I actually turned it off about 20 min in to it, which upset my ex. I couldn't do it....

Or HOLBY City. It is supposed to be a serious hospital drama (if they were ever possible), but they are mocking the disabled by having a bloke in a wheelcheer with severe cerebral palsy operating on people. The fact that he only has one arm to use makes this highly offensive not only to people who suffer from Cerebral Palsy but it also mocks the viewers by forcing them to buy into its poor choice of "Positive Discrimination".

I don't like any Adam Sandler movie other than Happy Gilmore (bing a golfer and all) but Sandler's worst (and I mean WOSRT) movie is a very VERY early piece called "Going Overboard". This movie HURTS to watch.

Movie: Deuce Gigalow

Terrible, terrible, terrible! pandered to the lowest possible denominator and didn't even come close to being funny.

TV shows:

Any saturday sci-fi stuff other than X-files and Star Trek. All the same to my eyes.

All the new "CSI" clones and the original. The acting and dialouge is so bad I cried, and only saw two minutes.
