The Thomas Crown Affair (1968 original film)

I, too, watched this not so long ago. I remember how well the choreography - which was quite ground-breaking at the time - was executed.

But I actually prefer the 1999 remake with Pierce Brosnan (IMO his best movie performance), as Steve McQueens version of Thomas Crown was a much more cynical - and perhaps even psychopathic - character.

Metallica: Some Kind Of Monster

A very interesting look at the band pushing through what was their low point making what probably is their most controversial album. Dramatic and oftentimes quite funny. Some of the unnused bonus material is absolute gold.

Radioactive about Marie Curie. It was really good.

Dreamchild.

Alice Hargreaves - who had inspired the Dodson/Carrol Alice In Wonderland as a child - comes to America as a loveless old woman to receive literary honors during the 1930's, when she is preyed upon by a money hungry journalist. But at the same time, she finds herself haunted by the bizarre and horrific imagery left in her mind by her former tutor Dodson/Carrol, as well as his obsessive attention which may had crossed over into sexual abuse. Very much recommended.

Eli, Delirium, and Death of Me.

Eli was interesting and I thought it was an okay movie. I didn't really expect the ending, but the movie was kind of confusing. I'd rewatch it.

Delirium wasn't bad, but I thought it was really lacking as a "horror" movie and that the ending was really predictable. I'd watch it with someone who hasn't watched it before, but not by myself because I don't think it's worth that.

Death of Me was just really weird and confusing, and I'm still confused about what the hell I even watched. I don't think I'd watch it again.

Batman: Soul Of The Dragon.

Sorry to say that this animated movie sucked. The real star was a guy who looks like a tall Bruce Lee, while Batman has been relegated pretty much to a secondary character. The James Bondish opening credit scene was goofy.

Synchronic

I think the IMDB user rating is reasonable--maybe slightly low.

The one from 1999. I enjoyed it. It is not great but I enjoyed it.
