Last night, I saw The Last Command (1928), Rodan, & Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster. Eclectic taste in movies, no?

Going to see X-Men 1st Class in about an hour & a half.

The Host

A South Korean monster flick. Mixes dark humour with horror and drama.
Good special effects, pretty good story. Quite political and seemed very anti USA to me.
7/10

Just returned from seeing X-Men: First Class.

Way better than both X-Men 3
and X-Men Origins: Wolverine combined.

Kevin Bacon is badass as villian Sebastian Shaw.

Yes, there is a Hugh Jackman cameo.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Brilliant film. Ian McShane is perfect as Blackbeard :)

Watched it in 2D after reading this review comparing the 2D and 3D versions: Link

I would give pink flamingos a full fist. Which is a rating of 6 out of 6. I love pink flamingos especially the egg fetish.

I finally saw True Grit. It was great. :D

I actually drove down to Ft. Smith on premiere day and participated in True Gritapolluza as one of 500 Rooster Cogburn impersonators. I still have the eye-patch! :P

...but the crowds at the cinema were just too crazy, so I went home without seeing the movie.
