Hermes Conrad the bureaucrat in "Futurama". Quote:

When I was four there was a hurricane in Kingston Town
With a foot and a half of water.
Everyone was alright but I cried all night -
It blew my alphabet blocks out of order!

And they said, "This boy's gonna be a bureaucrat,
He's gonna be all obsessive and snotty."
I made my friends and relations file long applications
To get into my tenth birthday party.

We didn't choose to be bureaucrats,
No, that's what almighty Jah made us.
We'd treat people like swine
And make 'em stand in line
Even if nobody paid us!

They say the world looks down on the bureaucrats,
They call us anal-compulsive and weird.
But when push comes to shove
You gotta do what you love
Even if it's not a good idea!

What about Doctor John Becker? He has to have a certain routine. I remember in one episode he said if he tried eating at a new restaurant the world would spin off its axis.

posted in a similar thread elsewhere:

Gadget Hackwrench from "Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers" is a dead-giveaway aspie.

*bores easily
*extremely intelligent
*extreme focus when she does what she likes.
*extreme interest (mechanics)
*anxiety and self-doubt
* scatter-minded

I think Dr. Mckay of Stargate Atlantis is an Aspie.

My mom thinks Spongebob has Asperger's. We brainstormed a list of reasons why:

1. He's very innocent and naive, despite the fact he's an adult.
2. He has special interests (jellyfishing and fry cooking)
3. He tries to be friendly but most of the other characters just write him off as annoying.

Spongebob is probably my all-time favortie cartoon character! I also believe that he is an Aspie.
There are so much evidence you can find from just watching the show:
Spongebob is unable to pick up on the fact that Squidward doesn't want to play with him, Spongebob just goes on happily sharing his interests with him.
There are many occasions where he gets really upset from even the smallest changes. He needs things to be in perfect order.
Despite looking like he is pretty clueless and goofy, he is very talented at math (along with Jellyfishing, Fry Cooking, Karate, etc.)
I'm sure there are many more examples. I don't think that it is a coincidence that I can relate to him so well :D

Butters from South Park, perhaps?

I think Ben Harper from My Family the way he just wants to be left in peace.

Buster from Arthur
"Brain" too maybe (I just find his voice annoying in the earlier eposides. He sounds more like a teenager as a opposed to an eight year old.)

Wouldn't suprise me if Bobby Boucher (Adam Sandler) from The Waterboy was an aspie.

Wouldn't suprise me if Bud Bundy was an aspie either. He is highly intelligent, but has few (if any) friends. He is never in a long-term relationship, but sometimes gets a couple of one night stands (by lying to naive girls, of course).

Edit: Both Mr. Bean and his girlfriend have lots of aspie traits. :D

Definitely Cliff Claven on Cheers. He bores the heck out people and doesn't have a clue he's doing it.

I think Jamie Maclachlan's portrayal of English miler Roger Bannister is a positive portrayal of a person with AS. He is quiet, very intelligent, has wide-ranging knowledge and dislikes surprises, as it is in his nature to want to know and discover things. Roger Bannister had strong AS traits and was a dedicated individual who wanted to do everything well. Bannister, in his autiobiography, stated, "It is not good for my self confidence to do anything half well." Bannister's friend, Chris Chataway, in sharp contrast, was an extreme extrovert.

Now that I think about it, Chris Griffin from Family Guy seems to be a little aspie.
