You know, I knew a bit about Albert Fish when I watched the documentary on netflix, but I was not prepared for the graphic nature of his confessions, both made to mothers of children he killed and ate... It was really upsetting.

This guy was the worst combination of sexual sadist and religious maniac.

It is a good film, but it is not for the squeamish. There's a reason this guy is called The Werewolf of Wysteria.

I actually knew about the confession to the victims' mothers. Still, it's disturbing just the same.

The Gospel According to Philip K. Dick.

What a load. Why is it so hard to make good documentaries about great writers?

Our Idiot Brother

I thought it was an excellent movie. Definitely funny, but I wouldn't call it a straight comedy. Dramedy, maybe? Either way, it exceeded my expectations.

I just watched Adam, the movie about the man with Asperger's.

I can relate to it, a lot.

Early this morning - when we should have been fast asleep - my wife and I watched The Fan. Creepy, creepy movie, with Micheal Beihen (I'm pretty sure my spelling is off) as the psycho celebrity stalker.

Last Sunday, I saw an indie dramedy called The Future.

I liked it and laughed a lot. Exceeded my expectations.

Journey to the far side of the sun - not a great story, but some nice late 60s sci-fi
Brand Upon The Brain - one of my favorites. Surreal B&W narrated silent film.
Company (filmed stage production) - a good musical about the difficulty of relationships

The Bothersome Man - a guy wants to escape a town where everything is too nice.
Fat Girl - disturbing film. Don't know what to think of the director's ethical position here.
