What is your opinion?

Awesome. Better than the last one where the actor flubbed the line "I AM the law!"

^I know that movie wasn't well received in general but I found it quite funny and it's a guilty pleasure of mine. Tom Waits, Paul Reubens and Janeane Garofalo all good stuff.

I watched the Minecraft Movie with my kid. It's okay, better than I thought and some genuine chuckles in there.

I think they missed a trick with it though. They almost got there with the vague suggestion that it's better to put your creativity to use in the real world than in a video game. I think they could have made that theme a bigger part of the story and done a 'Barbie' in terms of giving the movie some gravitas.

Underrated film.

A GREAT film!

I love this movie too. I'm gonna watch it again soon.

The Accountant 2.
I liked the first better, but this is good enough.

Last night we watched:

The Wild Robot [2024]
<=>"Sometimes, to survive, you must become more than you were programmed to be."

A cargo ship crashes and one of the crates is smashed open. It contains a robot assistant that finds itself activated without guidance and without someone to assist...except there is wildlife on the island.

The first part of the movie is excellent. The second part is, I think, even better spectacular!

<=>R E C O M M E N D E D

P.S. Rated PG. You can handle it.

Rifftrax
Sisters of Death (1977)

I could tell when the movie ended this was a film from the 1970s. It ended with a freeze frame on a fatal twist where evil wins.

Beau Is Afraid.

Truly bizarre movie, in which a mentally ill man goes on an odyssey to return home for his overbearing mother's funeral.
If you're into weird flicks, this is for you!
