I don't have time to read through 16 pages, so sorry if someone already said it, but L from Death Note.

My mom and I think the same thing!

I also think that Jimmy, Sheen and Carl from the Jimmy Neutron cartoon all have AS. They all have intense obsessions (Jimmy with science, Sheen with Ultralord and Carl with llamas), and are all kind of socially inept.

I have to say, great pick. L is such an awesome guy, he's like an inspiration to withdrawn people with a curiosity for odd things and a like for knowledge. He has many habits, but manages to be cool.

Makes me want to learn tennis and resume TKD eh?

Billy, the original blue power ranger, comes to mind immediately.

Did anyone watch an old cartoon called Attack of the Killer Tomatoes? There's a character in there named Tara, I think she may be an Aspie. (ABC Family put all of them up on their website so you can see them if you want).

I know this is a movie-related one, but how about Belle's father Maurice from Beauty and the Beast? Re-watch the movie, you'll see what I mean.

Probably been mentioned already, but Dr. Gregory House from House MD. Cutty & Wilson did breifly touch on it in one episode, but then dismissed it, but I think it explains pretty much all the interesting parts of his personality.

I'd probably say Dr. Artz from Lost as well. The way he'd get so excited about things that no one around him had any interest in, as well as the way he'd take any dismissal of his abilities deeply personaly felt extremly familiar.

Also, possibly Rimmer from Red Dwarf. His obsession with military history and stratagy, his inability to handle social interaction, his apparent contempt for his peers, his stunted sense of humor, and the fact that dispite being intelegent and always trying his hardest things don't quite go the way he wants are all things Ive felt/experienced at various times in my life.

Did anyone watch the nickelodeon show "doug" back in the day? You remember those two twin brothers in his class? I think they were the sleech brothers or something. They were EXTREMELY aspergian. They were steriotypically science nerds. They were very smart and funny. I'll try to find a pic or vid.

I know Monk is OCD, but I wonder if he could be an Aspie, too. For now, I will just leave it at OCD.

And what about Gil Grissom from CSI.

Oh there's NO DOUBT Grissom is an Aspie. Aspie all the way! He's my favorite on that show. I can relate to him so much.

Also I definitely think Monk and Dr. House are Aspies too.

I would have to say L from Death Note is a good contender, it would explain why he is so good at solving mysteries because he is obsesed with solving them.
