How bloody is The Cabin in the Woods?
I plan on seeing this very soon.

Very! It's funny in places though.

What's The Hunger Games like? I've heard mixed reviews.

OK...perhaps not.

You'll definitely like The Hunger Games once you find time to see it.
The camerawork, if this happens to you, may give you motion sickness.

I just got back from seeing Chimpanzee.

This isn't March of the Penguins with chimpanzees
and you will be a bit surprised by the meat portion in the diet of a chimpanzee.

I saw some recently:

Castaway on the Moon
Image
This was so cool! A man tries to commit suicide by drowning, but instead ends up in a tiny island on the river. He starts living as a caveman. A strange woman who never leaves her house spots him with her telescope, and starts sending him messages...
It was a really fun movie :-)

Dirt, the movie
Image
A documentary on explaining why we should take care of our soil if we want to be healthy.

Fat Head

I love this comedian, his style is sarcasm and satire. A movie making fun of Super-size Me, and explaining why the government guidelines for human diet are not the best for us. The point is not that you can be healthy on junk food, but instead to get you to do your own research.

Last new(to me) movie I attempted to watch was captain America.. It didn't seem so awful but I was tired and didn't finish it...

Most recent films I've watched again were iron monkey yesterday and convoy the day before..
Not sure what to watch today? Plus my film collection took a wee bit of a blow so there's less choice right now lol

Might watch Thor as I'm catching up with the avengers so I can follow it.when it comes out over here may 27th? Better not be march and I've missed it lol

Was The Gingerbread Man any good? I ask, because the whole premise just sounds so awfully hilarious!

I also watched Iron Monkey yesterday, thanks to fudo. Great film.

Tonight I watched Scream 4 for the first time, also great.

Last Saturday I watched the new Thing film (the prequel to the 80's classic), also great.

And a few days before that I watched The Thing (the 80's one), of course, great.

Can't remember what I watched before then, but some other recent films I've seen recently are The Fly (the one with Geoff Goldblum), The Woman in Black, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke and March of the Dinosaurs. All of which were great.

Also saw the new Muppets film, it was alright.

It was a pretty dark movie and disturbing.
