How did that compare with the first two movies?
I personally thought the first two were the best.

It was okay not as good as the first two in Hellrasier Hellworld you don't see Pinhead as much which made the movie boring

The only relation The Lawnmower Man movie has to do with the Stephen King short story of the same name is the title.

It does actually have a couple of scenes from King's short story: the remotely controlled lawnmower killing someone in his house, and the cop telling his deputy that the man's remains can be found in the birdbath. But from what I understand, the script originally had nothing to do with King, and these scenes were only added after they got the rights to the story.

I watched the new Captain America movie just now. Pretty good!

I wasn't bothered about watching Thor or the new Avengers movie, but I might give them a chance now.

We just watched Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes last night. A lot better than I had expected.

Lockout

I've seen more films so far this year than I did in the whole of last year.

Let The Right One In and Let Me In. These two movies are very similar except for the fact that one is Swedish and the other is American.

The Avengers
It was a nice super hero movie. I actually like the talking parts a lot. They provided a showcase for the characters' personality.
They had some decent jokes, too. I liked it.

Aeon Flux

It's actually a very good sci-fi flick.

I've watched the 1943 version of Titanic. It has a hilarious propaganda value, but it's a good version nonetheless.
Still, A Night to Remember is my favourite movie on the sinking of the Titanic.

On my list for tomorrow are two movies a friend of mine recommended. American Psycho and God Bless America.
Both, looking at the titles, seem rather violent, but I'll enjoy watching them tomorrow or in the near future.

I'm gonna try and start contributing here since I see at least one movie a day. Yesterday, I saw two.

-Rollerball (1975)
One of the more entertaining 70's dystopian sci-fi films I've come across. I think that may have been due to the sports element that was involved in it, even if it was a fictional sport. The whole "corporations covering up history" bit was kinda hard to grasp, but it didn't effect the plot too much and it gave us breathing room between the action scenes.

-Hannibal (2001)
Given it was following one of the greatest thrillers of all time and had a 10-year gap between releases, this was a lost cause from the start. I love Gary Oldman, but he just didn't come across as a convincing "bad guy" underneath all that makeup. And the ending with Ray Liotta was just dumb. Only things that saved this film from being worse were Julianne Moore's passible take on Clarice (Foster was still better though) and of course Anthony Hopkins as Lecter.

I guess this was a kind of perverse double feature, but last night I watched "Late Spring" by Yasujirô Ozu and "The Mikado" (the 1938 version) with Martyn Green as Ko-Ko and Sydney Granville as Pooh-Bah.
