Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.

Incidentally, is it only me that thinks that 'Garth Marenghi' looks a little bit like ChrisChan?

Black Books! I've watched every episode about a thousand times. Dylan Moran captures the essence of the show quite well in this quote:
