What's the scariest horror movie you've watched?

Sleep Tight - It's a Spanish horror movie directed by one of the guys behind Rec.

The reason why I found it scary was it was the first time I watched a film that I thought really captured the terrors of today. I believe horror stories through out the ages have always held a mirror up to people's fears, but I think a lot of modern tales just build on monsters from yesteryear. This movies monster is more modern and therefore more chilling. It is that isolated person, that looks normal, but has all there demons hidden inside.
