There's a group on Facebook called Gothic Ravens where I'd swear something between 1/3 to 1/2 of the pictures they post are Jennifer Ortega.

I haven't watched Wednesday yet admittedly because I don't bother with Netflix but I can see why Cliff Burton picked her (there were a lot of jokes and memes about her resting Depp face) but she's definitely not bad on the eyes and has good state projection.

That said I think she probably will be an icon and I could see her taking on a lot of Jennifer Lopez and Penelope Cruz type roles (like the psychologist in The Cell if they ever remake that one).


I'll add here that all an actress has to do in order to make me a total simp is come out about her closet obsession over classic UK drum & bass and show a bunch of pictures of herself hanging out with Djinn and Mantra on Rupture nights or even hanging out with Metalheadz crew. Maybe if Jen's reading this she'll hit the wheels of steel.
