Anime is not childish in the first place, I watch the ones that are more mature.

There are plenty of people out there who consider all forms of anime childish, no matter how mature it is. To-may-tos, to-mah-tos. Some people can appreciate the comedic value of early SB, some people cant. Some people can appreciate anime, some adults cannot. All cartoons are childish- that's why people like them.

I don't like SpongeBob as much as I used to, I get fed up because of stupid repeats. Squidward's may favourite character because we both hate our jobs (I don't go to work, but school counts), like doing Art.

Like South Park?

I like the older episodes of Spongebob, I don't know if it's just turned to crap or if it always was crap and I was too young to notice at the time and now the old episodes have some sort of nosalgic value.

I hope it's the first option.

Techincaly Spongebob is a skelenton. Kitchen sponges are just the skentons of what once was a living sponge. I detest Spongebob. The whole show just basicaly repeats itself. Spongebob is just to happy for my tastes. I like darker stuff like Invader Zim.

That reminds me of a that spongebob pen I got, now the ink has ran out. My ex-friend said it was SpongeBob's bits, because it was between his legs and look it was it bits because of of the lid and the feathers and the ink looks like male cells that produces babies.



That shows a bad example to children especially in high school (the British sense for Junior high), especially when they are learn reproduction in Science and sex education in PHSE.

I happen to sorta like the older episodes but I've been noticing that the newer episodes are trying to get new ideas or something and making Spongebob more annoying.

I do happen to like some characters like Plankton, Sandy, and Squidward.

Anyone remember when good animated shows were on? Like Animaniacs which was produced by Stephen Spielberg?

And yes I hate Sponge Bob. The animation is terrible, the voices are annoying and the writing does nothing for kids. Remember how animated shows used to be more about engaging children? Nothing clever about SpongeBob.

I can't for the life of me stand spongebob either but I did see a couple of episodes and people hate him well what about that twat of a starfish who is his best friend called Patrick. God man I damn near threw the remote when ever he talked he was such a bad example to kids of the ways of which no one should treat someone of lesser intelligence. I wanted to smack that one.

And yes it's weird and no I don't like it and can't see why any parent would let their kids watch such crap. Same for Fairly Odd Parents that's screwed up too .

Ahh, chocolate. I remember when they first invented chocolate. Sweet, sweet chocolate... I always hated it!

On TV, during a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, I saw SpongBob floating in the air being watched by millions of people.

I too loathe 'Spongebob' - why would anyone want to watch a programme about a sponge who wears shorts?

I've never seen it myself but they annoying, creepy little face on the sponge is enough to make me feel quite irritated.
