To Be or Not to Be

The original 1942 American Comedy. Remade by Mel Brooks in 1983.

I have never seen the original one, but the remake wasn't actually made by Mel Brooks, even though he and his wife played the lead roles. Its still one of my favorite Mel Brooks films even if he didn't write or direct it.

Hope Springs.

I thought it was good because it is close to what a real relationship turns out to be. Until of course when Hollywood decided on the ending. But my opinion is that they needed more time and it would have turned into drama instead of comedy.

Prom Night.

Lame, forgettable horror film. I'm talking about the 2008 remake.

Oh, right. I meant to say it was one of his films.

Sparkle
not bad at all. I liked it.

The Campaign
I laughed so hard the whole time in the cinema. Will Ferrell is still good.

My wife and I just got back from seeing Sinister for Halloween. It was a good horror film - not great, but not bad, either. Bit of a surprise ending.

It was not that bad but, the idea of clones of 2 characters part of the series kinda made me shrug still, not a bad film overall but, the idea of 6th and possible 7th resident evil film(s) this is getting out of hand and the franchise will run itself into the ground if that happens.Image

Yesterday to celebrate Halloween, my mom, my sister, and I watched
Wallace & Gromit: The Were-Rabbit.

If you never watched this first W&G feature-length movie, think of this as Godzilla, King Kong,
and The Incredible Hulk rolled into one, but for kids.
