Yesterday, I saw the new
Duplass Brothers movie Jeff, Who Lives at Home.

Somewhat predictable, a little corny, but overall a good movie.

Have to wait for it to be released here :(

But i'm a cheerleader. it was total cheese but we(i saw it with people from unsw queer collective. we went to a usyd queer event.) agreed it was good cheese and just the thing we needed after exams.
and Shortbus. for a movie about sex/sexuality it was sorta depressing. probably just me who thinks that. i still really liked it though.

I just got back from seeing The Sessions.

I wouldn't be all that surprised if people have compared this to The 40-Year-Old-Virgin, yet this movie is about a disabled Catholic man wanting to lose his virginity, so he does it with a "sex surrogate."

Overall, this was a very good movie and is worth seeing once it opens in your area.

Casa de mi Padre (2012)

A terrible Spanish-language comedy starring Will Ferrell. It's 84 minutes long, and maybe four of them are funny.

Unfortunately, the DVD has a fullscreen transfer, and I'm a widescreen guy. Oh well. Thanks for the recommendation!

Just got through watching One Hour Photo. Haunting, distressing, and downright emotionally involving.

Went and saw Wreck-It Ralph this afternoon. I think that is the first movie I have ever seen to truly get retro gaming. It was most excellent.

Jack and Jill.

Oh, and Wreck It Ralph? Sunday; for sure for me! I will have my thoughts when I get around to it, of course.
