Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

It was really good but it could've been funnier. Considering it's from the makers of 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up.

They also made Superbad, which was also good.

yeah that's hilarious. The drawing scene has to be funniest scene I've ever seen.

Superbad's got the kind of humor in things as well where if you weren't paying full attention the first time around you'll catch it the second or third. Like the home economic scene, after the one guy gave the teacher the whole shpeal about why her class was a joke, why his lab partner was gone fishing, and why he deserved to just get an A for being a senior - what the one girl says to him when he calls her 'Jules' is hillareous when you really pay attention to it, like "Ok, I don't wanna get stabbed in the neck - I'll just back off on that one and make sure I don't do it again".

St Trinians - I only watched it out of nostalgia for the old St Trinians movies. It's pretty bad.

Sweeney Todd - Better than I expected. I liked the songs and although I'm sick of the whole Johnny Depp/Tim Burton thing, it worked for this film.

2001: A Space Odyssey

Very visual & thought-provoking.
Kubrick did a very excellent job directing the movie.
Now is 2010 just as good as 2001?

Also, I really want to rent Juno,
just to catch everything I didn't the first time.

Bourne Ultimatum - watched it a second time with my buddy tonight; fist time in the theater

Scarface - actually I'd never seen it and that's part of why we through it on. Still not sure what I thought of it in terms of quality (yeah, they were all really coked up but made some decisions almost too bizarre to be real), the hype I just won't argue - if people really take to it they take to it.

Street Kings, with Keanu Reeves, Forrest Whittaker and Hugh Laurie.

It totally sucked.

The Black Balloon - Aussie film about a teenage boy and his autistic brother. I found it frustrating how negatively autism was portrayed in this film. Otherwise it was very well produced and acted.
