I love youtube for fixing things , I'm a visual learner so it's perfect.

That still doesn't jog my memory , I must have been really engrossed in WP ( no suprise there )

I understand that type of policing. My GF is a huge fan of murder / serial killers / miscarriage of justice documentaries so I know some of the techniques used and how vulnerable people will admit to crimes they haven't done - bizarre.

Is that last bit a reference to Making a Murderer? If she hasn't seen it yet, recommend that one to your gf. If she likes those kinds of documentaries she will probably like that show, it was pretty good.

It wasn't really aimed at Making a Murderer but we've seen series 1 & 2 , if I ever got into trouble I'd want the attorney in series 2 she was awesome.

I really liked her too, very dogged and precise and methodical.

Definitely , there's some good mini series in the UK by investigator Louise Shorter , well worth a watch if you can get it over the pond.

Season 1 of Stranger Things.

I am not a subscriber of Netflix (in fact, I just don't see the need for it), but I happened upon a DVD set at my neighborhood library.

I just finished season 2 of The Punisher last night and it was really disappointing. They hardly even tried (except for John Bernthal, who is excellent as usual) and the writing was sloppy and terrible. They are for sure going to cancel it now just like the other Marvel shows on Netflix. :|

True Detective Season Three.

I Am The Night. Based on a true story, a girl in the 1960's who had been raised by an alcoholic black mother, and told that she was bi-racial her whole life, learns her true identity. But what she learns is that her grandfather may have been one of the most infamous and uncaught psychopathic murderers in American history. First rate show.
