John Dies At The End.

Latest movie directed and co written by Don Coscarelli (Of Phantasm and Buba-Hotep fame). Two guys just out of high school save the world from interdimensional threats by means of a drug called Soy Sauce, which allows them to travel and communicate through time, space, and dimensions. A real laugh a bizarre minute.

"Hungry for Change"

It's basically about how the food industry puts chemicals in your food to make it addicting and unhealthy for you and they talk about how detoxifying your body by juicing and eating raw foods can be beneficial to you.

It inspired me but I thought it was a bit too extreme. I believe there should be more of a balance. I plan to buy foods with more natural ingredients and to check the labels when I go to the store from now on to eat healthier and feel better. Just buy more natural foods and less processed foods.

I saw that again. Tommy Lee Jones was great in this.

I saw Pulp Fiction recently with my roommate. We had heard references to it, but neither of us had seen it.

Lately I've been hooked on the "Zatoichi" series of 1.5-hour episodes, eighteen in all.
If you enjoy seeing traditional Japanese culture, you might like this.

Falling Down (1993)

Joel Schumacher's criminally underrated drama about Michael Douglas's unemployed defense worker who embarks on a violent rampage across a hot Los Angeles, trying to visit the house of his estranged wife in time for his daughter's birthday party.

Along the way, he has a series of uneasy and violent encounters with gang members, a white homophobic and racist supremacist, and even a pair of retired golf-loving pensioners. His actions soon attract the attention of Robert Duvall's retiring LAPD detective, who has been hired to track him down.

Politically incorrect, sardonic, thought-provoking, it's an underrated gem.

Star Trek: Into Darkness.

Definitely lives up to - if not surpasses - the previous movie.
The cast does a great job - again - playing the original series characters. Great references to the old series, as well as the movies.
Special note taken on Benedict Cummberbach as Kirk's new nemesis, and who he really is!

As if anyone in the world will actually be surprised. :?

Is it even considered a spoiler when it's exactly who everyone was expecting?
