The Place beyond the Pines
I really liked the scenery in it and the soundtrack. Other than that, the story is pretty sad.

I cried at the end because I felt sorry for the cop played by Bradley Cooper.

I saw it three or four weeks ago.
I liked it well enough that I'll probably get the DVD.

I just finished "Brick." It's a high school neo-noir film starring a young Joseph Gordon-Levitt and directed by Rian Johnson, director of last year's hit sci-fi "Looper." "Brick" is more of an art film than "Looper," and the dialogue comes at you very quickly so it can be hard to understand at times. But the mystery keeps you interested and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is always fun to watch.

Texas Chainsaw.

Not a great movie, but fun. Taking place largely a generation after the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the last remaining member of the Sawyer family learns she's inherited the mansion of her long lost grandmother, and the family secret - the maniac LEATHER FACE!

Mud starring Matthew McConnaughey and it was great.

The Producers

Mel Brooks movie where two men seek to make money by purposely producing a flop only to have it backfire on them.

Judge Minty (2013)

A half-hour Judge Dredd fan film with surprisingly good production values but terrible acting from everyone except the guy playing Minty.

New Star Trek film: It was ok, some actionscenes where a bit too much posing. The Khan actor was ok, but couldnt match with the charisma of the original Khan actor.
