Beast From Haunted Cave.
Run-of-the-mill '50's horror flick. Pretty awful by today's standards, but the death of the monster in flames at the end was oddly a foreshadowing of John Carpenter's The Thing.

Seven Psychopaths.

Very, VERY black comedy about an alcoholic screen writer caught up with dognappers, the mafia, and best of all.. psychotic killers!

This a good film. Got to love the Walken.

Django Unchained. I enjoyed it even more the second time I watched it.

The Hangover (2009)

The first entry in the hit comedy trilogy about four friends who travel to Las Vegas for a bachelor party before a wedding. The four friends are the lucky bridegroom, an arrogant and womanising schoolteacher, a nerdy dentist, and the groom's socially awkward brother-in-law. After a crazy night of partying, they wake up with the groom missing, a tiger in their bathroom, a baby in their wardrobe and loads of unanswered questions.

Mixing genuine laughs in a unique way, the first is definitely the best. Don't bother with the next two instalments.

The Hangover Part 3

This definitely made up for that piece of crap that was The Hangover Part 2, but not by much, though I still laughed and enjoyed watching The Hangover Part 3.

If you do get a chance to see The Hangover Part 3, be forewarned that this new installment is more darker in tone than the previous two installments.

I thought this would be gruesome, but it never crossed the line between tasteful and Saw.

The Brass Teapot

Based on the comic book series "The Brass Teapot" about mid-twenty year old couple who, in these difficult economic times, finds a mysterious, magical brass teapot which makes them money but at a surprising price. After realizing the teapots powers, John and Alice must decide how far they will go to fulfill their dream.

After Earth

I saw this yesterday because yesterday was an anniversary in my family.

Don't bother seeing this movie, even if you are a Will Smith fan.
IMO, M. Night Shyamalan's name is still synonymous with the word "hack."

All the performances sucked, even Will Smith's performance was terrible. For most of the movie, he appeared to be bored.

I saw that recently and was disappointed, too. It half-assed all the things it could have gone into in more detail (alien planets, combat, survival, etc) and turned out weak even though some of it had potential.

I was hoping After Earth could have been much better than M. Night Shyamalan's previous movies {Lady in the Water, The Happening, The Last Airbender}, but this was just another crap-fest. IMO, Oblivion was much better.
