Man of Steel

I thought it was great... Like a live action episode of Justice League.....

All those critics who say the fight scenes are over the top have never seen Supergirl VS Galatea or Superman VS Captain Marvel (Heh.... they actually reference Supes vs CM in the movie click )

:D

I saw two movies for the first time yesterday. The first was Man of Steel which was fricking awesome. Those dumbass critics can take a hike and whats up with the 57% on Rotten tomatoes. Mindless dults. The second movie I saw was Casino Royale (2006) which was also pretty good but not as good as Man of Steel. The plot for CR was a little confusing and sometimes the card game scenes were a little boring but non the less a good movie though I think Skyfall is alot better. FYI Casino Royale and Skyfall are the only Bond movies I've ever seen.

The Living Daylights

One of two Timothy Dalton Bond movies. Bond faces KGB Officer Koskov and an American arms dealer.

Dalton delivers the absolute worst "Bond, James Bond" ever in this movie.

It's not a bad flick, but Licence to Kill is much better. It's been my favorite Bond film since childhood.

I'm currently watching the animated movie, The Dark Knight Returns Part II, which I got for Father's Day. Great action sequences, especially the fight between Batman and Superman. But they left out scene where the Joker kills Dr. Ruth!

Today, I watched Marketa Lazarova and Safety Last, which are now streaming in HD on Hulu Plus.

I love the Criterion Collection. :)
