Those are both Kyoto Animation anime right, I just realised that another Kyoto Animation anime, Clannad, has a lot of characters who have characters who could be aspergers aswell. Actually Kyoto Animations other anime, Kanon (2006) and Air tv also have characters who also fit the bill such the awkward, tariyaki obsessed Ayu from Kanon and Misuzu from Air who has trouble making friends and has a big interest in dinosaurs. Both having a compulsion of making a certain sound/word when they are distressed.

What about Fenton Crackshell/Gizmoduck? His ability to count, and he takes things literally.

In the UK show All The Small Things, the oldest son Kyle definately has AS. He's obsessed with Blink182 and he's quite akward with other people. His family members even mention him being "different" or "special".

Also parhaps some if not all of The Inbetweeners. They are all to some degree socially inept. Particularly Will, who is also quite geeky. And Two of them have obsessions, Simon with Carly and Jay with sex.
