Last film I saw was The Dark Knight. Pretty brutal for a comic book adaptation, Heath Ledger made the best villan ever!

Saw The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor over the weekend.

Re-watched The Dark Knight with a free night at the movies pass I got on Monday.

Saw Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay on DVD yesterday.

And watched Rambo again on DVD today.

Same here, it was really good.

Was he really HFA though? He seemed kinda on the lower end of the spectrum.

The Bank Job - 7.5 or 8/10, not sure.

Movies in this style are getting to be a bit of a cliche. Still, highly entertaining and compared to a lot of other things I could watch these all day.

History of the World pt.1

I rate 2/10. Such a dull, dull, dull movie. It's supposed to be funny, but it isn't.

Death Proof. Fun little movie, and Quentin Tarantino movies are fun to watch just for all the similarities and references to his past movies.

Jumper: 8/10, good action and special effects, okay plotline, acting could use some improvement. The whole teleportation idea was very well written. Could have used more backstory on the Paladins, however.

Ultraviolet: 7/10, action sequences are fricking awesome, at the expense of plot and acting. While I like the idea of hemophages (ppl who suffer from a blood-degenerative disease, pretty much the definition of vampires), the storyline could have been more expansive. The idea of dimensional compression (pretty much pulling guns & swords out of thin air) could use a little more explanation, to me it just seemed a cheap trick to keep V from running out of ammo...

The Dark Knight. Great movie! Christian Bale is so hot, and Heath Ledger delivers an awesome, twisted performance. I didn't get Maggie Gylenhall though. She's supposed to be a hot chick, what happened? They couldn't afford Angelina Jolie? Charlize Theron?

Yeah, she went from looking like Katie Homes to something more like Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Understandable, Holmes is probably off chasing UFOs or something now but they still need someone who at least minimally has her presence, her mannerisms, at least (and yeah they would have been closer with either of the above you mentioned, or Bridgett Moynahann, or even Kate Beckinsale).
